We will notify you the day before these take place so you can select how you want to participate – Automatically or Manually.
Participants will receive a $10 gift card every time they participate in Energy Saving Hours.

How to Prepare
Download the Samsung SmartThings app and create an account.
Connect your smart thermostat and other compatible devices. Click here for a list of compatible devices.
Download the PECO Connect2Home app. The Connect2Home team will provide you with log-in credentials.
Once you open Connect2Home, you should see your devices in the Devices tab in the app. You should be able to toggle them on and off here. When the toggle is green, they are on.
Lastly, if you go to the Save tab, you will see two buttons. The Automatic button allows PECO to shut your devices off for 2 hours or adjust your thermostat 2 degrees during “Energy Saving Hours.” After that period, they will automatically return to their original setting.
The Manual button tells us that you want to participate in saving energy during “Energy Saving Hours” manually. That means that when you receive a notification, you should go into the “Devices” tab and adjust your devices or turn them off.
Energy Saving Hours
